All of our offices include a telephone for each person in the suite. Each telephone comes equipped to handle direct inward dialing on your personal phone lines. Voice mail is accessible at any time and includes several programmable features. In fact, personal cell phone use can be customized to interface with our system.
Downtown Business Suites provides many other telephone answering services designed to keep you and your customers connected. Our caller services include IP remote telephones, call screening, remote notification, call transfer, remote call forwarding, toll-free numbers, and many more professional, productivity-enhancing and cost-saving capabilities.
High-speed Internet Access
We provide high-speed MetTel Internet to each suite. Leave the details to us. No need to bother with the expenses of installation and maintenance. At Downtown Business Suites, all of our suites have high-speed internet to ensure the highest levels of service, and most of our suites offer free wireless internet for personal convenience.
Meeting Rooms
Downtown Business Suites has two conference rooms available—one large, executive-style space, which can accommodate up to fifteen people, and a smaller space that can accommodate up to four. Our conference rooms can be reserved and utilized by our clients on an as-needed or walk-in basis. Each room has a speakerphone and access to audio and visual equipment, helping to ensure productive group sessions. We can even coordinate catering services.
Mail Room Support
A corporate business address is imperative to your company’s professional image. Your firm will have a recognized business address, and we will receive all your incoming mail and packages. In addition, our staff can help you prepare, package, and deliver all of your outgoing correspondence or overnight shipments.
